I have just taken Annual premium offer. seeing comments/reviews I do not know whether i have done the right thing . I was however able to down load about 50 gb video at good speed at my first attempt. Further download was not possiible as i was informed LIMITS exceeded. Hopefully tomorrow it will restart again .Is that in order ?Any body has something else to say on my buying PREMIUM ACCOUNT .In any case i already realised that P2M do not have a Real Help desk or Tech Support . Please share/comment

Why can’t i access Publish2me to cancel? very bad…wouldn’t reccommend you continue with them. They have NO ACCESS TO HELP DESK SO NO WAY OF GETTING YOUR MESSAGE ACROSS AND GETTING ANY SORT OF ANSWER!….BAD FORM FOLKS.

Joined Publish2me on Sunday (lifetime membership, have not received an activation code and very slow downloads (50kb/s) as slow as the free ones! very unhappy – took 9 hours to download a movie

I’m not happy about P2M. Not happy at all. A premium account does not mean premium speed. You can’t complain about it, or ask questions, because there is no helpdesk, just a forum with other pissed-off customers. If you use their link to ‘helpdesk’ you land on Uservoice, but your voice won’t be heard, because it’s not connected to P2M. The previous mentioned mailaddresses etc don’t work. So, next month I will try Nitroglare. If that’s not working either, I think I’ll have to say goodbye to LoadTV, unfortunately. Because I do think LoadTV should try to find partners with which you at least can communicate… In the meantime: I do not recommend P2M.

even though i have extremely high speed connection – the down load from Publish2 is very very very slow…..is there a problem – its been days now.

Haven’t been ableto use Publish2 for the past week. No one comes back to me on why everytime I try to log into my account I get an error code 401. So I will ot be using Publish2 again.
