If you were with Keep2Share, they did the exact thing to me a couple of years ago.
Their explanation was that I’D agreed to some upgrade instead of the life membership! No way …..
Couldn’t get anywhere with them though.

Hi, My membership seams to have changed. I was a lifetime member but am now listed as free membershp but have limited access. can you explain please????
