I give up, I’ve been trying for 3 hours to get a k2s subscription. All my Mastercard details have been verified as correct, including the Secure Code, & there are sufficient funds in the account. After many refusals, the last error message I got was:
ERROR RETRIEVING DATA
(CODE: INVALID REQUEST)

I was then offered a further attempt which it said would involve sending my card details over a non secure link – I declined

& no I don’t use other methods of payment

Update:
Just had a useless email from sales@paystor – if you want my custom you need to contact them, there’s nothing else I can do
