The action takes place in New York City. Six months after the last raid, Jack along with daughter Kim, her husband Stephen and his granddaughter Teri is going to fly in Los Angeles. But he must uncover a plot against the Islamist leader Omar Hassan who conducting peace talks with the United States. Islamic extremists are preparing a bomb that will explode if Hassan is not freed.
