“Gen V” (Season 2) picks up after the brutal massacre at Godolkin University, plunging its surviving students into a darker, more authoritarian world. Upon their return to campus, they find Godolkin transformed into a militarized training ground under the control of Dean Cipher, whose sinister agenda pushes Supes toward becoming weapons of war. As tensions between humans and Supes escalate nationwide — with civilians forced to wear ID badges and Homelander’s influence expanding — the students must navigate trauma, fractured friendships, and the looming threat of a mysterious project called Odessa. Marie goes on the run searching for her sister, while Emma and Jordan uncover disturbing truths about Cipher’s past. Cate falls into a coma after a violent confrontation, and Sam spirals deeper into instability, becoming a pawn of the new regime. The season also pays tribute to Andre, weaving his absence into the emotional core of the story. With crossover appearances from characters in “The Boys”, “Gen V” (Season 2) delivers a darker, more politically charged narrative that explores resistance, identity, and the cost of power in a world teetering on the edge of civil war.
