The series “The Good Karma Hospital” tells the story of a young British physician, Ruby Walker, who comes to work in India to forget about her problems and calm his broken heart. She is sent to a small village hospital. She looks forward to the sunshine, palm trees and beautiful beaches. But apart from that, she gets experience of real life and work in conditions of an endless stream of patients and a shortage of doctors, medicines and equipment.
