As a result of an automobile accident, the charismatic head of surgery department of a hospital Toronto, Charlie Harris falls into a coma. His fiancee and colleague, Alex Reid with eminent surgeon Joel Goran fight for his life. And at this time the spirit of Dr. Harris wandering through the corridors of the hospital, trying to figure out who he is – a ghost, or the fruit of his own imagination. Reid and her colleagues are fighting for the life of Charlie and the other patient, every day they have to make tough and courageous decisions that they have always been the hope of salvation.
