Serial homicide cases are complex because the victims are not related to each other. Often the killer is not familiar with them either. And so it happened in this case: the killer traveled through the streets of London, which he knew well, in search of pretty young girls. He liked to talk to them at bus stops. The youngest of the victims was 13. The oldest – 22 years. The series “Manhunt” is based on real events and is about how Inspector Colin Sutton was assigned to this case, although he had no such experience. He helped tie all three murders and one failed murder together. But the difficulty was that the killer did not leave any evidence. So, no modern investigation methods were suitable. The police had to act like they did before: interviewing witnesses, patrolling, and searching.
