As the investigation progresses, it is revealed that DS John Corbett has infiltrated the OCG, but his methods and true intentions are questionable. The season also introduces Lisa McQueen (Rochenda Sandall), a key member of the OCG, and DCS Patricia Carmichael (Anna Maxwell Martin), who plays a significant role in the latter part of the investigation.
