The main characters of this series “Living the Dream” spent most of their lives in England. They liked Yorkshire, but constant rains and slush bothered the main characters. They decide to change life. Mel, Jen and their two kids go overseas. They are sure that life in the Florida will be much more interesting and comfortable. Besides, already near the town, they managed to purchase a trailer park. True, unexpected problems and annoying neighbors force the main characters to reconsider their views on America. Here they are not as comfortable as they would like. Some members of the family are already bored by Yorkshire. However, no one is going to retreat.

Jean Valjean tried to help the big sister, who suffered from ailments. She needed food, so the main character was forced to go to theft. Now the man huddles in a small settlement, where he takes care of the daughter of the deceased acquaintance. The police are looking for Valjean. He has a police inspector, Gillber, on his tail, who considers this matter to be one of the most important in his career.
