whya are the latest episodes cut at the end?

My problem is when i download the latest Chicago Fire (Ep5 +6) and Chicago PD (Ep 5), they only are about 39 mins long (the episode is cut right in the middle at a dialouge), usually they are 42mins long.
You Will try delete your episodes, and download again them. I checked episodes = E05 – 42.18 ; E06 – 41.10 => runtime
