This is a story about detective Sofia Karppi, who, after the death of her husband, decided to return to service. After his death, she has two daughters, many memories and a desire to plunge headlong into work. In a deserted place on the shore of the bay, women’s clothes stained with blood are found. Police find the girl’s corpse and her bag with documents. The deceased was called Anna, and shortly before her death, she attended a party organized by the company engaged in the construction of a residential quarter. In the company, Anna was a new person, hired specifically to solve the issues of resettlement of the site. The protagonist of the series “Deadwind” begins the search for the killer, while not suspecting that this investigation will forever change her life and may even destroy her.
