Is there a gap between s1 e12 and s2 e1. Seems like a hole in the story line

The episodes aren’t labeled correctly. The last episode of season 1 is missing.
S01E01E02 = Pilot. Correctly labeled
S01E03 = incorrectly labeled “The Devil in the Dark,” which is the S01E04 title. This episode should have been titled “Down in the Ground Where the Dead Men Go.” Titles for remaining S01 episodes are incorrect.
