Keeps saying download interrupted and cannot resume. Then tells me I’ve used my download limit of 4GB when I blatantly haven’t ;-[

Completely missed my Point !! I haven’t download anything it so why would I want to buy more download limit off you when it isn’t working all it does is start to DL then says interrupted and I can restart as I’ve supposed used 4 GB of limit. TBH not going to waste money on something before I’ve tried what I’m spending my money on. As they say in dragons den IM OUT !!!

Gave it one more try, waited through all the pointless countdowns, Got to file got a page not avail, Went back through all the waiting (pointless) and then it says what for down load end (Not DL anything) back again wait for all countdowns (pointless) and now it has given a 89 min wait to download again. and u recommend premium lol

Nah all I get now is an 90 min wait when I try to get to the link which resets to 90 mins if you navigate away from the page

Waited 90 mins with page open go all through the pointless countdowns then get page unavailable when I go back again I get wait for downloading to end even though its never started downloading , tried other computer same outcome !!!!

Well it doesn’t the file doesn’t download so all well and good saying get a premium account but if I get to the file after waiting each time and it wont download on then I’m dammed if ill waste money to find out quicker that it wont download . What I expected really the standard pay more get better service. Sorry but I like to see what I’m getting before giving my money over then finding service is not up to the standard I expect

This is my first time to ever try downloading a film programme and I don’t know what I should do ie. As file .
