The research expedition in the north faces an unexpected and very unpleasant discovery – it turns out that the local ice is home to the real Graboids. Dealing with bloodthirsty underground monsters is prescribed to us known by the first five parts, Burt and his son Travis. Burt begins to suspect that the military are trying to adapt underground monsters for their own needs, but then it takes an unexpected turn: one of the Grabids poisons him and now he has an aggressive virus in his body. To stop the process he needs an antidote, and for this he has to do the impossible – to catch a live Graboid and “milk it”.

New York police officer Corbin Nash is fighting crime, but the number of victims is growing. Meeting with a mysterious old man turns Nash’s life – a mysterious stranger tells that he knows how the parents of Corbin died, and that the cop himself is a descendant of the ancient kind of hunters, protecting humanity from being destroyed by demon-vampires. Nash goes to Los Angeles, where the last traces of his ancestors lead and stumbles upon a couple of monsters in human guise, every night flooding the streets of the city with fresh blood. The arrogant policeman does not know who he contacted yet, so instead of an easy victory, Corbin Nash is captured by vampires who decided to play with him – the bitten “hunter” gradually turns into a nightly bloodsucker.

The real story of the 12 brave American soldiers that were sent to the Middle East, immediately after September 11 to destroy the Taliban’s center, the city of Mazar-i-Sharif, is shown. Considering difficult climatic conditions, the abundance and insidiousness of enemies, their ruthlessness and fanaticism, as well as the lack of appropriate skills for the squad, the mission is considered almost impracticable. The authors of the movie “12 Strong” tried to make it neutral, for all the misunderstanding the peoples of the East are shown those who love their Motherland and are fighting for their people.
