London, late 60s. A young man named Farukh Bulsara in flared jeans and with an ugly protruding upper jaw comes to the concert of the group Smile known in student circles. More recently, he lived in Zanzibar, from where his family moved to England due to political unrest. Farukh has serious plans for the future: he dreams of becoming a great artist. A case helps him: a frontman leaves Smile, and a young man with rare vocal and charisma becomes a new member of the group.

The woman lost her husband and remained a widow. Having no one else from close relatives in this world, the woman does not understand what to do next and why to live. Being in a confused state, the head of the main character suddenly dawned on one thought. Florence decided to open her own bookstore, which she dreamed of almost since childhood.

The movie “Papillon” is based on the biographical novel of the same name of the former prisoner, but is not a decent film adaptation. The young thief, Henri Charriere meets with a beautiful woman and gets a good income from his work – theft in Paris of the early 30s of the twentieth century. But overnight, everything changes: he is accused of killing a pimp, sentenced to life imprisonment. The movie “A Prayer Before Dawn” will tell the true story of William Moore. It is known, he is a real person.
