Damon is a bloodthirsty vampire with a bad character, but when Elena reciprocates his feelings, he becomes what he was before. The fight between the brothers sharpened, but when Stephen disappears, Elena and Damon doing everything to get a guy back. Now everything has changed, and the main characters are not the same as they appeared before the audience from the beginning.
