Miles Daly in the series “Get Shorty” is a mercenary of the most dangerous criminal group in Nevada. At some point the main character has understood that it is time to stop. He cares sincerely for the future of his own daughter therefore for the sake of her benefit he is ready to tear with crime finally. For this purpose Miles goes to Hollywood to shoot movies, thanks to which he hopes to launder criminal money. In Los Angeles he meets one unlucky producer of third-rate movies who becomes his partner. However, Miles colleagues don’t want to release him and soon they come to Los Angeles. But there is also one more problem. He had no idea that modern cinema is no less complex and at times dangerous than the former gangster acts.
