Michael Holt (Patrick Wilson) is a good surgeon who lives luxuriously through a career and a rich and influential patients, but everything changes when his dead ex-wife Anna (Jennifer Ehle), Dr. idealist free clinics and the love of his life, ghosts to him mysteriously. When Anna asks that Michael went to her clinic to help save it, he meets Autumn (Afton Williamson), a volunteer who continues Anna’s work. Michael begins to understand that he has time for everybody in his life, seeing pennilesses, and with the help of the “Anna’s presence .
