The action of the series takes place in 2526. Within the walls of the military academy of the United Nations Space Command (UNSC) group of cadets of noble birth prepared to become the next generation of soldiers in the coming war between the rebels and UNCS on colonial planets. One of the cadets, Thomas Lasky is an internal struggle, overcoming doubts about the war and the fear of not justify the high expectations of command. By the time the Lasky resigned to his role as the future commander, terrifying Covenant Alliance troops invaded the planet and turns the familiar world of the hero on its head. Inspired by the Master Chief’s exploits, Lasky should know from experience what it means to be a hero.
