The first season of the series “Harlots” offers viewers to plunge into the atmosphere of the events of the eighteenth century. The focus is on Margaret Wells, a confident and rather domineering woman who contains a brothel and is engaged in the everyday affairs of “mommy”. Of course, this work is very intense, so the main character often encounters cruel and inadequate visitors, and also tries to properly set up her wards to work. Margaret does all this for a reason, but for the happiness and future of her daughters. Those, according to the woman, should go a different way of life.
