The cartoon is a well-known story of the Wizard of Oz. It is based on the tale of Roger Stanton Baum, who continued the work of his great-grandfather, the legendary author of “The Wizard of Oz.” Little Dorothy had just returned to her native state Kansas after an incredible adventure. In the Land of Oz, she was homesick and worried about her family and loved ones. When the girl back home she discovers that the hurricane has destroyed her countryside, and people move in search of a better life. Dorothys family is preparing for the journey, but suddenly an unknown force returns again a brave girl to the Emerald City. There were an unpleasant changes while the girl was missing. A beautiful country has died. Dorothy is trying to figure out who are guilty of all the troubles. Only her beloved and good friends can help her, they are Scarecrow, Woodman, the Lion and Glinda.
