In the center of the plot of the film “Gook” are two brothers who live in Los Angeles and own a shoe store of the late father. They are from Korea. They get acquainted and make friends with a young dark-skinned girl. Family members paid little attention to her, so she rushed out of the house early in the morning and met friends. Together they try to protect themselves and their store against the background of riots and civil uprisings in 1992. People in large groups gather in the streets of the city in order to destroy everything around. At that moment, the three friends became prisoners of the circumstances, as a result of which they had to stand guard at the store. The word “gook” Americans call Koreans or Asians in general. This word is pejorative.

The hero of the film “Wind River” is in deep depression. He tries not to communicate with people, and therefore changed the promising work in the big city to a place in the department of hunting and fishing in order to control the predator population in the former Indian reservation, where he will not have to contact anyone other than animals. Every day of his new life he went through one scenario, until the man found the body of the murdered girl. The FBI, who considered this case not important, entrusted it to a young and inexperienced Jane Banner. But arriving at the place the girl realized that it is not possible to move alone along such a large territory, on which, moreover, wild animals are found. She needs a guide, and for this role the unsociable connoisseur of Indian trails Ranger Cory Lambert is suited. Together they go into the back of the reservation in search of an unknown killer. To save the lives of newborns, their mother goes to the trick and parents call their daughters according to the days of the week, and one common thing is secular – the nickname serves as their protective talisman. Each child is released into the big world only once a week, following the planned nominal order. The plot of the movie “The Bad Batch” unfolds in the near future in the US, Texas. Here, in the desert, there is a small group of cannibals. They go hunting in towns and villages, then bring to their house, cook and eat. Sometimes hunting is particularly successful, then the victims trapped in cages wait for their time. Once, they catch a beautiful young woman who is just getting into this very peculiar “waiting list”. And while she waits for dinner or dinner, one of the cannibals falls in love with her. But how can one explain to the rest of his fellow tribesmen that now this woman is not a potential dinner?

The cartoon “Deep” is about the distant future, when humanity completely left the Earth. Nature, left without the influence of human civilization, began to expand and develop. As a result, the planet was enveloped in water, which led to the appearance of colonies of amusing sea creatures. Amazing marine creatures have learned to adapt to life in the remotest and deepest parts of the world’s oceans. There also lives an extravagant and slightly eccentric octopus Deep and his friends. The main characters live in peace and tranquility until the accident occurs, as a result of which destroyed the whole area of their habitat.

The new movie “6 Days” will tell how in 1980 the terrorists seized the embassy employees together with their families. They put forward conditions that were simply impossible to fulfill. The best specialists in saving lives were sent to the Iranian embassy to release hostages from terrorists. The terrorists ask to release ninety-one Arabs in Iran, otherwise they will kill all the hostages. The operation is complicated by the fact that according to intelligence agencies, terrorists have their own informant among the authorities. Sinister horror film “The Toymaker” sends the viewer in the days of Nazi Germany, and specifically in 1941. In the center of the story is a simple toy seller, who has got into his hands a mysterious and legendary occult book, thanks to which you can bestow eternal life, as well as breathe life into what it was not before. The Führer learned of the existence of this book and of course was of particular interest in it, and in this connection a brutal hunt was opened on the toymaker. When the Nazis begin a real terror in the village, where the book and its owner are, the protagonist decides to give life to his collection of old dolls. (more…)

The movie “Annabelle: Creation” tells about the puppet master and his wife. Many years ago the only daughter of an elderly couple was tragically killed. Poor parents could not accept such a fate. They long grieved for the baby and even years later, the pain did not abate. Suddenly, the woman finds out that there is a shelter near their house. Soon the refuge for orphans must be closed, but they still have not decided what to do with the pupils themselves. The lady made a decision, to take the poor things to herself and take care of the crumbs. However, happiness did not last long. Terrible events began to unfold around the newly-made family. A terrible doll, created by the head of the family, went hunting.
