This is a small American town – Tacoma, where there is heavy rain. Due to the abundance of rainfall, floods often occur here, bringing with them a lot of difficulties. We meet a group of firefighters who have been sitting without normal work for many years. Showers put out all the fires, and the main characters have to deal with such important things as removing kittens from the trees and helping to find the lost keys to the house. From total boredom the guys are often entertained by all sorts of stupid things leading to the most unexpected consequences.
