The story is about American football fan Ted Lasso, who dreamed of creating a career as a coach. In his youth, he was a good player. However, at a more mature age, Ted decided to pass on his experience to young footballers. It turned out that Ted was not the best coach at home, and he moved to the UK. In America, it also has its own outstanding personalities who are able to train professional players. At the same time, Ted has to adapt in England.
