I am signed up to premium 2 and am not able to play the iles with .mkv which these two are uploaded using. Files with .avi etc are okay but these two are not and also the HD versions are the same – quite frustrating as I should not have to pay for another system to view these – I play these on my tv as I have sight issues and cannot see properly on my laptop – thank you,
