Most, but not quite all, of the files for episode 11 onwards are unavailable. (I already had viewed up to Ep.10 so haven’t checked those.)
Also, I prefer AsFile — don’t want to pay for Keep2share as well, on top of Uploaded and Rapidshare and a few others! Is something going wrong with AsFile, since there are missing files for movies on AsFile as well (47 Ronin, and Better Living Through Chemistry to mention just two). Why do uploaded files disappear from AsFile (or other hosters) like this, while others don’t?

You’re correct, @master_web, the files do exist on asfile.com.
It turns out that there is a recent bug in JDownloader2 — see http://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=56071 and I hope they fix the asfile plug-in quickly.
Repeating here what I said in another thread a couple of hours ago, there seems to be a recent problem with JDownloader2, and I hope they will quickly fix this bug with their AsFile plug-in.
