WondLa is an animated sci-fi fantasy series based on Tony DiTerlizzi’s books “The Search for WondLa,” “A Hero for WondLa,” and “The Battle for WondLa.” The series premiered on Apple TV+. The story follows Eva Nine, a curious and spirited human teenager raised in a high-tech underground bunker by her robot caretaker, M.U.T.H.R. On her 16th birthday, an attack forces Eva to the surface of a strange planet called Orbona. This planet is filled with alien creatures and otherworldly landscapes, but no other humans. Eva teams up with Otto, a giant tardigrade, and Rovender, a cantankerous alien, to search for other humans and uncover her true destiny. Along the way, they face numerous challenges and uncover secrets about Orbona and its connection to Earth’s past.
