Once actor Riggan Thomson had everything he wants: fame, money and recognition. All that he received for his role in the very popular superhero film. He played the role of Birdman that made him incredibly popular and well known. For several years Riggan played a man-bird and viewers remembered him only in this manner. But many years have passed, the actor much older, and it is almost forgotten. From past glory remains anything. Now he wants to set a play and retrieve forgotten glory. But there are a lot of problems in his way. Could he do this?
