The main character Jen recently became a widow, her husband died in a car accident. She is trying to cope with her grief, but she is not doing well. And now, completely exhausted by insomnia and depression, Jen goes to classes in a support group for those people who have recently lost their loved ones and can not accept this loss. Here she met a young girl named Judy, who constantly did nothing but chat. She seemed to the heroine a rather intrusive person, but, despite this, she soon began to notice that she had a very strong addiction – nightly conversations with her new friend. This became for her not just a necessity, but also the only entertainment in her real life.
