The events of the series “Hard Sun” are developed in modern London. In the spotlight a couple of investigators, Hicks, and Renko. They are cardinally differ from each other in their characters and principles. Hicks is corrupt policeman, capable of crossing any line for his family, but Renko is an honest and principled woman who lives alone and does not like to be frank about her personal life. Because of her strong character, the girl has many enemies who try to get rid of her at any cost. Some of them even made a fire in her house, but Renko managed to escape and even harder to take on the capture of criminals. It is at this point that both heroes have a new case about the murder of a hacker, which they will have to investigate against the background of the coming Armagedon.
