The plot of the series – the New York law firm Hewes & Associates, it’s leader and the best lawyer Patty Hewes and her prot?g?e Ellen Parsons. Ellen just graduated the Law Faculty and refuses an assistant attorney in order to work at the law firm Hewes & Associates, which is headed by the infamous Patty Hewes. The TV show displays the progress of the case from the point of view of lawyers, and from the point of view of their opponents. Another important storyline – development of the complex and multifaceted relationship between Patty and Ellen.
