The main character of the TV Show “Being Mary Jane” doesn’t get out of lots of problems. The mother is ill, one her brother is drug-addicted, the second one is a drug dealer, and the minor niece is pregnant with the second child. She is trying to solve all problems of all the relatives, her girlfriends and she herself rushes between two lovers, one of whom is married. She is a TV host, she is some kind of celebrity, but also at work there are difficult situations. The woman creates a part of all the problems to herself, but and it is her life. The series are very believable and honest. The main character is not able to control everything. There are no far-fetched happy — ends here.

Being the hermit who has seen a lot of things in life, our hero especially seeks to change nothing. He has reconciled to a thought that all the best in his life has already occurred, and, long ago. The elderly actor Lee Hayden in the movie “The Hero” is fatally sick, and he doesn’t want to be treated. His family life has collapsed long ago, his adult daughter Lucie doesn’t want to communicate with him, and Lee’s career gets derailed since he acted in a popular western “The Hero” forty years ago. Now the man earns by advertising dubbing, and he spends the fees for soft drugs which buys from the only friend – the drug dealer Jeremy. Lee doesn’t see special sense in such life, but meet Charlotte. Charlotte is for the actor as a daughter, but she shows to him great interest, and under her influence Lee’s life begins to change.

“The Strain” — strong and powerful post-apocalyptic story which not one season pleases the viewer. Vampires in series are thought really very well not only in respect of appearance, but even in the plan anatomic. They are very ugly and terrible. “ The Strain” — series with high potential. The beginning of story has intrigued the audience already at once — a lot of dead passengers of just landed Boeing. Further the subject line in series lasts very slowly and it is even very good as all spread of a virus is shown to us gradually.
