The show “Banished” is based on true historical events. At the end of the XVIII century the authority of Britain did not know what to do with a great amount of criminals in England. They decide to exile them in one of their colonies – Australia. Royal Navy Admiral Arthur Phillip was ordered to go to Australia and started a new settlement. Admiral become a head of a fleet of 11 vessels whose holds were crammed convicts of all stripes. Two years later, a settlement has been founded and named Sydney. Philip received the governorship of New South Wales. I must say it is really a viable colony founded and effectively fought the rebels. So how it was and what happen next will tell us tv series “Banished”.

This film is a vivid example of free-style adaptation of Greek mythology, which is good precisely because of its liberty. Low rating this film was because of the fact that he perverts… though why distorts rather embellishes and complements the literary source. The film is not only good special effects. I am glad in it everything. Quality visuals but a nice addition to the film, and it’s here at the height used to the maximum. Of the five films I viewed in the cinema this winter, in this picture was the largest number of 3D-effects with bright departures from the screen. I knew what was going on – this movie has left the most positive impression. And is not that enough for the modern blockbuster, shot for the big screen and aimed at a young audience?
