Detective Steve McGarrett, a former naval officer with a mass of awards, and is now a policeman, returns home to Oahu to investigate his father’s murder. The local governor of Hawaii begs him to stay and to lead a new team to combat crime. Most importantly, the team will play by the rules of Steve, the governor will support them, and all decisions will be made without the bureaucracy. McGarrett vows to complete his father’s work, and members of the new team Hawaii Five-0 configured destroy crime in the U.S. state at number 50.
