In the «Days of Future Past» of 2014, the director Matthew Vaughn opened before us a new milestone in the history of the X-Men universe, showing us a very different Professor Xavier and Magneto, such as we have never seen them. We have observed the formation of their personalities, evolution of abilities, the development of their relations, and, of course, the first steps in the creation of the famous teams. In short, we made a trip back in time and got acquainted with brand new mutants, previously known to us only on comics or animated series. But with all this newness, we lacked the old team, the heroes of old, where we grew up, which have become an integral part of our lives in the comics. The result was a very decent movie that does not need to disassemble as life drama or search for meaning, as many do now. This is what gives the mood and the ability to break away from the real life at least for a couple of hours.
Transcendence is a film which is filled with science, ethics, morality, spirituality. The film, causing over many think, analyze, draw conclusions. Yes, this movie probably will not appeal to fans of blockbusters, as such it is not. Transcendence philosophical sci-fi film, built on contrasts, filled with metaphors, and very well placed accents.
