Lyle Dikan comes to the Philippines to donate his kidney to dying niece. Upon arrival, he was engaged in a fraud on the street where he saves the pretty girl. He takes her to his hotel room, and in the morning wakes up in an ice bath, soaked in his own blood. The hero discovers that someone has removed his kidney at night, and leave money and medications for him, in case to say that it was a win-win deal. Dikan Lyle have to find as soon as possible a kidney because his niece is in the hospital in serious condition, and every minute of delay could cost her life…
