The main character of the American detective thriller “The Foreigner” Quan Ming is a veteran of the Vietnamese war. After serving time in jail, he goes to freedom and decides to flee with his family to Hong Kong. On the way, they get to Thai pirates who kill his older daughters. After this tragedy, the protagonist goes to London, opens a Chinese restaurant and tries to start a new life. But in the terrorist act his daughter dies and, and relying on her military experience, he decides to independently find those involved in the terrorist act.
