Hello, done. Enjoy! P.S. Try to install on your TV codec’s pack for MKV files, please. Or watch the series from a laptop or a computer where you can install a codec package. Because not all files in MP4 format.
Thanks; however, can you at least make one file for each series on K2S, either normal or 720P, in MP4 format? My TV is quite old and cannot upload or coonvert to MKV format. Thank you for your consideration.
Hello! Files are converted on the final server, this process does not depend on us. Some files remain in MKV format, but most of them are converted into “MP4″. P.S. You can also buy a new TV or use programs on your computer to convert the files you need.
Hello! We corrected the conversion system on the final server. In theory, now all files will have to convert to the .mp4 format, but after the release of the new series, this will take some time. Therefore, if you see a new series in the .MKV format, try to wait until an hour, the series will have to convert to the .mp4 format automatically. Poor audio quality in Episode 3, sound keeps cutting out… from about the middle of the episode to the end.
Hi! Please write a time where the sound is not heard? I now checked the series online – everything sounds good for me. P.S. If you are watching a series in headphones, I can assume that the case is in your wire from headphones, which may be broken.
The sound starts to go at about 25-26 min into the episode on the K2S version; not using headphones.
