Great Britain, XIX century. Young artist Walter Hartright (Ben Hardy) goes to the estate of Esq. Frederick Fairley, to take the place of a drawing teacher. On the way he meets a strange girl, dressed in all white. He escorts her to the outskirts of London, where she learns that she escaped from a madhouse. This acquaintance forever changes Walter’s life. The hero is in the epicenter of dangerous and mysterious events. The series “The Woman in White” is based on the same novel by Wilkie Collins, which many consider the first in the history of literature to be a psychological thriller.
