Bill Hixson is an experienced and honest police chief who loves his job the most. He almost forgot about the existence of his daughter Kelsey. While her father saved the population from criminals, the girl was brought up by strangers. She moved away from him and did not want to communicate with him. It soon becomes clear that he must leave the United States and move to a British town with his 14-year-old daughter.
