Bill Hixson is an experienced and honest police chief who loves his job the most. He almost forgot about the existence of his daughter Kelsey. While her father saved the population from criminals, the girl was brought up by strangers. She moved away from him and did not want to communicate with him. It soon becomes clear that he must leave the United States and move to a British town with his 14-year-old daughter. Many criminal figures were released after a long imprisonment and want to take revenge on him, his only daughter is under attack. The hero, for the sake of her salvation, leaves for England. He understands that the girl is now in a transitional age and it will be difficult for her to communicate with her father again.
