I have repaid. what happens now? who long are you imagining this problem to last? what is the nature of the asfile problem/hiatus exactly? is it likely to be solved (& when – 24 hours, 2 weeks, never?)? I tried signing on/paying for keep 2 share a while ago – not only did it not work/system continually & frustratingly rebuffed me but I then suffered fraudulent activity on my card as a result and had to re-issue accounts etc. Bah! Appreciate this is ‘not your fault’ but it is your responsibility to manage expectations here and keep us fully apprised so we can make informed choices about next steps. Thank you.

I have had to change Credit Cards twice in the last 3 months, on both occasions soon after providing details to As File for payment purposes. I’m concerned to note below similar problems with Keep 2 Share as referenced by other subscribers. I’d like to renew and support LoadTV but am concerned about the potential for fraud – it is not worth the risk and inconvenience. What guarantees can LoadTV provide in the circumstances? Note – I am writing from Ireland.

Oy vey. First keep2share change the way they accept payments to some kind of dodgy third party con, meaning I have to change to asfile. I found this site 6 months ago and it’s fantastic but two of it’s official partners have now delivered poor service. asfile has actually cost me a little bit of money as I have a month left on my subscription.
I’d like to keep using this site but if its official sharing site partners keep crapping out in various ways, I’ll have to find another one. A real shame and I appreciate it is not down to your efforts here at loadtv/loadmovies.

Another one bites the dust No refunds etc will be available I think – Asfile is a separate company which has simply decided not to host pirated material any more (unfortunately). I think some of the commenters below seem to have forgotten the fact that these shows are ripped from tv and offered with no guarantees.

I don’t think you are doing enough for your Customers here – in some countries (Ireland as an example where I am writing from), it would be possible if you paid for a service through your Credit Card which was NOT then provided to get reimbursement through your Bank / Credit Card provider. I recommend Customers who have paid through either Visa or Mastercard to contact them direct about this.

PS – Why won’t Paypal work with “a site like this”?

No experience of dealing in drugs however where a legitimate business transaction has been entered into using a Credit Card then you as a Customer are entitled to seek a Credit Card Chargeback (to use the correct technical term) when the agreed service has not been provided.

No need for personal abuse and for the record I wasn’t aware there were issues with the source of the content being hosted. Thank you, though, for the helpful clarification on that. Am more than a little surprised though that the content owners have not taken measures to protect themselves if this is the case.

Fraud protection will not allow purchase from either K2S or P2M on Visa or MasterCard. I therefore do not feel secure using either site.

NEVER pay upfront, for any service whether it’s Dating, File Hosting, Webhosting whatever. Month to month is the way to go because in time’s like this you are limited to risk. I personally don’t Download pirated files off the Internet, however this ASFile issue appears to have affected people globally.

Hopefully, some of you have learned your lesson and if not, I’m sure other no name sketchy file hosts will be glad to snag your hard earned cash, too.

Did you know for less than the price of an Annual membership with one of these affiliated hosts, you could have unlimited access to stream all your movies and shows with services like Amazon On-demand, Hulu, Netflix etc?

My ASfile yearly subscription ran out just before they ceased operating, and whilst I was frustrated at not being able to renew, I am now extremely grateful I was unable to do so. I have obtained a premium account with Keep2Share – which was done via my Visa card through a very simple, secure and immediate process – and I am finding it easier to use than ASfile ever was. The speed is similar, no errors downloading files and cost effective with the lifetime option. So, I just wanted to say thank you for your site, your help with posting what you knew about the issues with ASfile and your availability of shows to people who have no other access to view. I activated the code and attempted to download throughout LOADTV. The premium account did not work. All I can access is the FREE downloads. I’ve left messages for help but no replies. Please contact them so I can access LOADTV files. I’m was a ASFILE premium account user (lost 3 months of premium service) until they went out of business. Hello again. We have been here before when AsFile stopped purchases with credit cards. At that time I tried both ‘premium’ Keep2Share and Publish2, but both download at very slow speeds compared to AsFile. I am currently downloading a 450 mb file via Keep2Share premium at 150 kb/sec, perhaps 45 minutes. AsFile same size file in under 10 minutes (I live in a remote area and only have narrowband connection – its the dirt road here not the internet superhighway;) Obviously not LoadTV’s fault, but disappointing your service limited by crappy on line file services. Why not run your own file service? How much does bandwidth cost? If you add up all the ‘premium subscriptions’ your users pay, maybe its feasible? All bandwidth is in the cloud anyway…

Someone alerted me to the situation and wanted me to Investigate the ASFile issue. After some back and forth they admitted that they perused this Website to illegally download files and that ASFile had ran off with their money.

My posting here was an Attempt to educate the lesser informed individuals about this situation. I’m sure the majority will disregard it, but hopefully one or two people will heed the advice and if not, then they deserve the consequences.

I’ve been doing slow downloads and the keep2share and publish2me won’t slow download files over a certain size which is very frustrating because it sometimes means that a certain episode in a season can’t be downloaded it doesn’t only apply to movies. My card also got hacked when ASFile automatically took a payment for their monthly subscription. I did not know at the time, they had stored my bank card details. it was very bad timing, as i was about to go on holiday when my bank had to take away my only bank card. I have messaged ASFile, who have not taken any notice to the fact their site is very unsafe with all our bank cards stored within it. Its a shame and I can see why you are no longer using them. Very bad customer relations for ASFile!
