I’m not happy about P2M. Not happy at all. A premium account does not mean premium speed. You can’t complain about it, or ask questions, because there is no helpdesk, just a forum with other pissed-off customers. If you use their link to ‘helpdesk’ you land on Uservoice, but your voice won’t be heard, because it’s not connected to P2M. The previous mentioned mailaddresses etc don’t work. So, next month I will try Nitroglare. If that’s not working either, I think I’ll have to say goodbye to LoadTV, unfortunately. Because I do think LoadTV should try to find partners with which you at least can communicate… In the meantime: I do not recommend P2M.
even though i have extremely high speed connection – the down load from Publish2 is very very very slow…..is there a problem – its been days now.
Haven’t been ableto use Publish2 for the past week. No one comes back to me on why everytime I try to log into my account I get an error code 401. So I will ot be using Publish2 again.
